Special Event: Broughton House Investigation

For one night only, we’re entering Lompoc’s famous and historical Broughton House for a real in depth ghost investigation from 8 PM – 9:30 PM on Friday, October 16.

We’ll open with a rundown of the house’s past and the tale of Lompoc’s founder, William Wallace Broughton, who allegedly died inside the home.

Step through the front door and wander through the small, Victorian house following in the footsteps of previous owners. Explore the home and gardens and investigate with real ghost-hunting equipment. 

This is a focused, PG-13 investigation—hands-on, methodical, and built for believers and skeptics alike.

You’ll be given an EMF meter to carry, and get a chance to try out an S-Box (including the Estes Method), dowsing rods, a pendulum, and more.

With attendance capped at 25, every guest gets time on the gear and space to observe, question, and test.
