MEETING LOCATION
Our paranormal investigation will start at the big round newspaper kiosk at the corner of Montgomery and Clay streets (at the foot of the Transamerica Pyramid).
The closest street address for Uber would be 598 Clay Street.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to the tour’s start to check in. There are no refunds or reschedules for arriving late and missing the group.

RESTROOMS
Restrooms are near impossible to find downtown at night — please plan for this before you arrive. There will be no breaks on the tour.
Your best bet is to eat dinner before the tour at Hinodeya Ramen (1 block away at 680 Clay St), and use their bathroom.
WHAT TO BRING:
HILLS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
There are two moderate hills — these are okay for most people, but some elderly guests struggle with these. We must keep a fairly brisk pace, as we run 2 tours back-to-back. Please inquire if this is a concern.
REFUNDS
Tours happen even in conditions of rain or mysteriously thick fog, and refunds or changes must be requested 24 hours before the tour starts.
HOW LONG IS THE TOUR?
Assuming no spirits or poltergeists interfere, the tour will last 1.5 to 1.75 hours.
WHERE DOES THE TOUR END?
The tour will end in Chinatown, 3.5 blocks away from where we began (7 Waverly Place). Post-tour, we recommend a visit to the historic dive bar Li Po Lounge (a favorite of Anthony Bourdain’s) for their potent Chinese mai tais.
AGE RECOMMENDATION
Children are welcome at your discretion — the tour does include some talk of violence and the macabre, but is generally considered family-friendly. There are no shock/scare moments.
